Monica Parks, LPN

With over 28 years of experience in the healthcare field, Monica brings a deep commitment to quality care, leadership, and service in my role as Executive Director at Willamette Manor. Monica became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2004 and has specialized in geriatric medicine and long-term care since 2005. In 2020, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, further strengthening her foundation in managing and leading care-centered teams.

Since joining Willamette Manor on July 1, 2021, Monica has been dedicated to ensuring the team delivers the highest standard of care to their residents. Monica’s responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and program implementation—all with a resident-first approach.

What brings her the greatest joy in this role is knowing that her leadership directly contributes to a supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and cared for.

Monica happily married and enjoys a full and rewarding life outside of work. Monica and her husband are raising their 5-year-old daughter on their family ranch, where they raise cattle and run a small business. Monica is also proud to be a stepmother to two wonderful stepsons. “Family is at the heart of everything do, and it inspires the care and dedication I bring to my role each day.”

HR/Business office manager

Jen Larsen

With Just over two decades of experience in the senior care industry, Jen currently serves as the HR Business Office Manager at Willamette Manor Assisted Living. Throughout her 19 years at Willamette Manor, she has been able to assist with the management of our day-to-day operations while ensuring that the HR needs of staff and residents are met with compassionate care and efficiency.

Jen’s experience encompasses human resources, management, and operational oversight. She is passionate about creating a supportive, well-organized, and fun-loving workplace where employees thrive and residents receive the highest level of service. She has a passion for people, and Willamette Manor encourages and supports that love! Outside of work, she keeps busy as a local community volunteer, Lebanon Chamber Ambassador, and serves as Vice Chair of the Lebanon Strawberry Association, where she assists in the planning of the largest community country fairs in the area annually.

Maintenance Director

David Madarus

Dave Madarus has a knack for keeping things running — whether it’s a building, a business, or a big holiday light display. For the past five years, he’s served as Maintenance Director at Willamette Manor Assisted Living, bringing both skill and heart to the job. Before that, he retired from a long career in the retail grocery industry and also put his contractor’s license to good use.

When he’s not fixing, building, or improving something, you’ll find Dave out exploring the world as an avid traveler, behind the wheel of a 10-wheeler truck during harvest season, or knee-deep in a crabbing adventure.

Come holiday season, you’ll find him in his natural habitat — surrounded by twinkling lights and the faint smell of extension cords, transforming the season into a glowing, magical experience.

Executive assistant

Jamie Wharton

Jamie began her journey at Willamette Manor in 2016 as a caregiver, where she quickly discovered a deep love for the residents and the close-knit community—it truly became like family. Through caring for others and ensuring their comfort, she gained valuable experience in support, organization, and empathy.

Now serving as an Executive Assistant, Jamie brings that same dedication and heartfelt approach to her work. She plays a vital role in helping the Manor operate smoothly while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys quality time with her husband and kids, caring for the family’s animals, and exploring the outdoors through hiking adventures.

Life Enrichment Director

Tami Unglesby

My name is Tami Unglesby, and I’m the Life Enrichment Director at Willamette Manor. In my role, I plan, organize, and lead a variety of engaging activities and events for our residents—each one designed to enrich their lives, foster meaningful connections, and support their physical and cognitive well-being.

I’ve been proud to be part of the Willamette Manor family for the past 3 years. With over 40 years of experience in senior care—15 of those as a Life Enrichment Director—I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact that thoughtful, creative programming can have on our residents’ daily lives. My greatest joy is seeing their smiling faces and knowing that our work brings light and laughter to their days.

Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, camping, fishing, and spending quality time with my husband, children, and grandchildren. I also have a passion for raising French Bulldogs, who bring a lot of fun and personality to my life!

Jenyn enjoys baking a variety of specialized cakes for family, friends, and or donating them to various charitable fundraiser events.

Registered Nurse

Kaylee Wall

I’ve been with Willamette Manor since December of 2024, but I bring 19 years of experience in healthcare to the role. As the Director of Nursing, I oversee the clinical care for our residents, ensuring that we provide the highest standard of care while fostering a compassionate, safe, and comfortable environment.

I’m passionate about improving the quality of life for our residents and supporting our amazing team. Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my family—especially my twin daughters, who are the light of my life. I also enjoy the outdoors, travel, and baking in my free time.

Looking forward to connecting with you!

Director of Sales and Marketing

Tori Ingram

Since joining Willamette Manor on June 30, 2025, Tori has been dedicated to helping prospective residents and their families discover the compassionate care and supportive environment the community offers. She plays a key role in sharing Willamette Manor’s mission through outreach and marketing efforts that highlight its values and services.

Tori’s connection to Willamette Manor runs deep—her grandparents lived in the community for seven years, and she was profoundly moved by the care and kindness they received. That experience inspired her to give back by helping others find the same comfort and support.

Her favorite part of the role is building genuine relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Outside of work, Tori enjoys all kinds of arts and crafts, caring for her pets, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Resident Care Manager

Alisa Bowers

I’ve been proud to be part of the team since January 28, 2011, over 14 years and counting! I began my journey in our foster care home as a Med-Tech/Caregiver, and after about two years, I was promoted to House Manager. When the foster care home closed in 2016, I transitioned to the assisted living side, where I continued to grow in my career. I worked as a Caregiver, then as a Med-Tech, and eventually became the Med Room Coordinator. After a few years in that role, I stepped into my current position as Resident Care Manager.

I truly love what I do and can’t imagine doing anything else. Supporting our residents and their families brings me so much fulfillment every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Most of all, I cherish every moment with my two amazing kids.
