How to Apply
We serve seniors and people with disabilities.
Housing applications are to be filled out and signed by the individual or by a Power of Attorney. Applicants will complete an Applicant Tenant Questionnaire. In this form, any “yes” answer will require document copies to be added to the application.
SSI Award Letter / Disability Award Letter can be obtained at the social security office in person the same day or over the phone for request to be mailed. The Social Security office requires the person to communicate the request personally.
