Strawberry Festival Booth Fundraiser- FRIDAY
Volunteers are needed for our Annual Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Booth Fundraiser at the Lebanon Strawberry Festival! Volunteers hand-dip strawberries for all the visitors at the Fair while raising funds for our Life Enrichment Department.

- Start-Up Shift - Setting up Booth, Sales, Dipping
- Event Dipping - -Washing, Drying, Dipping Strawberries
- Event Sales - Taking Cash, Greeting Visitors, and keeping space Clean
Location: 37919 Weirich Drive Lebanon, OR 97355
Parking Instructions: Free Parking. Wait times for parking and entry should be expected. Site Leads will have vendor parking passes along with entry tickets.
Entry Passes: You must bring your passes to enter. Passes may be picked up at Willamette Manor on 5/29/2024 or call to arrange pick up. Take your ticket to the ticket booth for fast entry you will be scanned in the pre-sale line!!
Health & Safety Guidelines: This is an outdoor event on varied terrain. Be prepared to walk in the grass, unlevel field, concrete, packed dirt or rock, and large rocks. Bring sunscreen, light coat, bug repellent, and hydrate before arrival.
How to find us once at the gate: Follow the paved path to the end!! Our booth will be at the corner of the path that faces where Family Land is located.
Our Willamette Manor Signs will be visible from above.
Volunteer Snacks: We will have assorted snacks and waters available for volunteers.
